Silly season has started early for Celtic fans this year. Ever since that slippy bastard Brendan Rodgers jumped ship it has been non-stop speculation after speculation on who the next Celtic manager will be.
But all that speculation is about to come to a sudden stop after a Celtic fan who is “in the know” shared his knowledge on one of Facebook’s largest Celtic fan groups.
Tony Hynes from Glasgow said his older brothers friends girlfriend knows a bloke who used to caddy for Rory Mcllroy in Belfast years ago. Rory is good mates with Pep and Dermot Desmond, they all met on a round of golf a few years ago. Apparently, Pep has reached out to Rory to pass onto Dermo that he is pissed off at Man City.
Despite winning back to back league titles Guardiola is said to be raging that they use digital flags around the Etihad and they play crowd noises into their PA system to add to the atmosphere. He is also understood to hate Oasis, in an interview with a Spanish newspaper he said everything after Definitely Maybe was gash.
Pep is sick to his stomach with all the plastic fan shite and he wants to manage in an environment that is wholesome and pure like Paradise. You would think Desmond would be all over this but apparently all he said to Rory was… “Much?”. Mcllroy has to get back to him on a wage.
Some Celtic fans were fuming though, they don’t think Pep should be giving the job over Lennon and find it insulting to the Lurgan man that other fans are even discussing anyone else for the post. One fan wanted the Spaniard excluded from the shortlist over that god awful cardigan he lived in this season. More as it unfolds.
